The brief
Erik Olsson is one of the largest real estate agents in the country. For their new Malmö office, they wanted a modern yet timeless design. As a space that will often be the setting for life-changing financial deals, the company felt that it should exude a serene and homely yet professional atmosphere.
The challenge
The office is located in a dense urban setting with lots of surrounding towering buildings that limit access to natural light.
The results
Our work with Erik Olsson has resulted in a space that delivers the required welcoming and tranquil space. The spacious reception area is furnished with pieces from New Works and Massproductions.
All meeting and conference rooms are furnished with Ant-chairs from Fritz Hansen and bespoke round tables by Escandi. The estate agents’ offices are furnished with white desks and acoustic screens from Edsbyn, and the chairs are from Vitra.
